How to use your @bohmail.io mailbox.

Bohmail is opening gradually: for now, mailboxes go to people on the waiting list. Join the waiting list

Signing in

Open bmail.bohmail.io and enter your mailbox address and password.
If you turned on two-step verification, select “I have a 2FA code” and enter the code.
Your browser remembers you for up to 30 days. On a shared computer, remember to sign out from your account menu.

At the top you’ll find search and, on the right, notifications, settings, the services grid and your account.
On the left, the icon strip opens mail and Linework services, followed by Compose and your folders.
On the right, calendar and contacts open without leaving your mail.

Click Compose: the window opens at the bottom right.
Use the three buttons at the top to shrink it to a small bar, go full screen, or close it.
Attachments, formatting and templates are in the bottom bar next to Send. The arrow next to Send lets you schedule it.

Type what you need in “Ask LineAI to write…” and click Write, or use Fix, Shorten, More formal or In English on what you already wrote.
The text appears as a preview first: it only goes into your message if you click “Use this text”. Nothing is sent on its own.
LineAI can make mistakes: always read it before sending. Where a detail such as a date or price is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets.
Your data: only when you ask, your request and draft go through LineAI’s AI provider. The rest of your mailbox is not sent.

Free storage up to 15 GB, shared between email and files: it grows as you use it.

Use the top bar to search; the icon on its right opens filters.
Unread messages stay at the top, under “Unread”. “More” shows all folders, and colored labels help you sort messages.

Click the grid at the top right to open other services, such as Meet, LineAI, Drive and Bloop. They open in a new tab and each may ask you to sign in.

You can also use your mailbox with an email app, with your full address as the username and your password.
Incoming mail (IMAP): mail.bohmail.io, port 993, SSL/TLS.
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.bohmail.io, port 465, SSL/TLS.
